REM Network is a decentralized AI infrastructure project.
By accessing or using REM Network ("the Service"), including the mining software, explorer, API, and developer platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
REM Network is a Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) providing vector database services for AI applications. The network consists of:
By running the REM miner software, you agree to: contribute the declared amount of RAM to the network; respond honestly to PoRAM challenges; not attempt to falsify RAM capacity or challenge responses. Miners who fail verification may be penalized with reduced rewards or removal from the network.
$REM token rewards are distributed hourly based on your capacity score, challenge performance, query handling, tier multiplier, and uptime. Reward amounts may vary and are not guaranteed. The token is currently on Sui Testnet. Rewards earned during testnet will be honored upon mainnet launch.
You agree not to: attempt to reverse-engineer the coordinator or PoRAM verification; run multiple miners from the same machine to inflate rewards; abuse the referral system; use the network for any illegal purpose. Rate limits and tier requirements are enforced automatically.
Miners store encrypted and obfuscated vector data on behalf of API users. Miners must not attempt to decrypt, reconstruct, or exfiltrate user data. All vector data remains the intellectual property of the users who stored it.
REM Network operates on a best-effort basis. The decentralized architecture with a configurable replication factor (default 3x) provides inherent redundancy. Scheduled maintenance and upgrades will be communicated via Discord and Telegram.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REM Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of mining rewards, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
